YFC annual Ironman of Golf date Announced for 2017

The 28th Annual Ironman of Golf is now scheduled for Monday April 3rd, 2017. This event will again be help at Indian Pines Golf Course in Auburn, Alabama. Up to 40 golfers will take over the course and hack, chip, drive and putt for at least 100 holes of golf. The current record for holes played in a day is 183 held by a Rock Young.

The goal for each golfer is to raise a minimum of $25 for each hole played. Historically this event has raised a significant portion of the East Alabama Area Youth for Christ budget. We will provide a nice piece of sports wear to each golfer as well as meals, drinks, snacks and more fun than you could possibly know what to do with.

You can do this event as an individual or you can have a team of up to 4 people where each golfer raises a quarter of the $25 a hole ($6.25 each). You can play multiple balls per hole as well. Some golfers play as many as 4 or 5 per hole and finish their 100 holes by lunch time. Our goal is for you to raise support for this great ministry and play a legitimate 100 holes of golf that day. Your goal is to raise the minimum per hole and have have a blast.
